Description
Use your Land Cruiser off road? Our Universal Recovery Brackets (URBs) are a must-have safety addition.
Our URBs replace the weak OEM tie-down brackets in Toyota 80- and 100-series Land Cruisers. The original tie-down brackets are known to break during hard pulls. This is because they were intended as a tie down point for vehicle transport only, NOT to be used for winching and recovery.
We engineered our URBs to be used as an anchor points for winching, towing and recovery of your stuck Land Cruiser. They can be installed on all four corners of your vehicle.
We construct our Universal Recovery Brackets by first using a CNC laser cutter to achieve a perfect fit. The metal is then bent, achieving a one-piece design. We include a 1″ hole in each bracket to fit shackles and tow hooks. Then we finish it all off with black powder coating.
Our URBs are sold in pairs since two are required for total vehicle coverage. Along with your set of two brackets, the 80s series brackets include OEM-style flanged mounting bolts for a clean installation. Note that no bolts are included with the 100s series brackets.
We sell other products to upgrade your Land Cruiser, like:
- Transfer case to NV4500 transmission adapter kit
- Conversion engine mounts
- NV4500 4wd and 2wd transmission
